Who Qualifies

To qualify you must be either:

A British citizen:

• • Who is about to leave the UK with the car for a stay outside of the EU for at least 6 months. There are many rules covering qualification and we have found HMRC Notice 707 very helpful in this respect.
• • Who is about to leave the UK for another EU country and wishes to use a tax-free car. Here we have found HMRC Notice 728 contains most essential advice.

An overseas resident:

• • Who wishes to purchase a Jaguar car tax free from the UK
